Now you probably know that I LOVE wholemeal flour. They have a low glycemic index (GI is a measurement carried out on carbohydrate-containing foods and their impact on our blood sugar), and i like to use different types and combine them with fresh fruit. To obtain nutrients and other substances needed for good health, vary the foods you eat. Moreover, i used low fat and no sugar (OH, GOD SAVE STEVIA!). This kind of tarts have become an essential element in my family’s autumn- breakfast. Now I just need some time to cool down about 10 degrees, enjoy autumn’s colors then i’ll really be in fall mode. Now, I’ll just keep baking treats of apples and pumpkin.
Mix 100 grams of wholemeal spelled flour with 30 gr of spelled bran, 30 grams of buckwheat flour and whole wheat flour 40 g of oats, add 30 grams of stevia powder, 40 grams of margarine and a whole egg. Kneaded, let it rest in the fridge this half hour, then flatten, smears of sugar-free peach jam and put it on blackberries and sliced peaches. Put on a little ‘stevia, reclosable edges and bake at 180 degrees for about fifteen minutes. Halfway through cooking, move the tart on top of the oven to make brown the surface.
