This is one of my go-to vegetarian dinners. This colorful plate includes black rise, roasted pumpkin, quartirolo cheese & sautéed garlic cauliflower. Quartirolo add protein to this veggie delight. It’s so yummy.
This is an easy dinner to put together, but there’s a bit of clean up after the dinner has been prepared….cleaning is supposed to be stress-relieving, right?
I love this mix of vegetables. It’s really tasty. A recent research study has shown that garlic may help people who suffer from auto-immune disease because it has anti-inflammatory properties — exactly the study identified four sulphuric compounds in garlic that helped cut inflammation. Moreover, this study has shown that garlic is a great source of antioxidants, which we know play an important role for our health. Those antioxidants can kill the bacteria that are sometimes a cause of acne, and can benefit the health of your respiratory and circulatory system in several different ways. Let’s count them: it could help with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, coronary heart disease and artery hardening.
Mix 160 gr of black rise boiled with 400 of sautéed garlic cauliflower, 300 gr of roasted pumpkin. Put it on the top with quartirolo lombardo (or feta) cheese.
